Owner Skip McLeod carries the title of president and has over 30 years of commercial and industrial construction experience. Formerly a Construction Manager for Tyson Foods, the worlds largest meat producer, Skip was instrumental in construction of facilities including cold storage warehouses, processing plants and packaging facilities. Skip's duties include business management and development, overseeing field managers, personnel and project management. Skip feels that our employees are the most valuable asset. If we create a safe and pleasant environment for our people, they will create quality, profitable projects for our customers.

Owner Jimmy Smyth carries the title of Vice President and has over 13 years of experience in commercial, retail and industrial design and construction. Jimmy's duties include daily business management and development, overseeing office and human resources operations, project management and customer support. Jimmy believes that the success of Concrete Services of Northwest Arkansas lies within the success of our customers and what we can do to help them achieve that success.

General Superintendent Paul Stanton has over 28 years of experience in all phases of construction. With extensive experience in the field of General Contracting, Paul can offer valuable insight to your projects well beyond the scope performed by Concrete Services of Northwest Arkansas, Inc. Paul's duties include project scheduling and coordination, crew allocation and management of Field Superintendents.

General Superintendent Cleo Gilliand has over 35 years of experience in all phases of construction. Cleo's experience as Superintendent for General Contractors enables him to see the impact on  all phases of the project as they relate to our scope of work. His willingness to be a "team" member is unsurpassed in the industry.

Operations manager Robb Crotts has over 10 years experience in Commercial and Industrial Construction. Robb has extensive experience in General contracting including Estimating and Project Management, which makes him an important key member of our management team. He currently serves on the Northwest Arkansas ABC board and feels that continual construction and safety education is a very important strength in a growing company.

Estimator/Human Resources Director Rolando Martinez is one of the most important links in our chain. In addition to his duties as estimator he is also the communication link between our office and many field personnel. He strongly believes that architects and engineers value concrete as a favorable mean of construction due to its versatility and strength.
