Concrete Services of Northwest Arkansas started out as a small company of 10 guys. Our numbers have grown to 64, but we’re still down-to-earth, everyday, fun guys who love our work.  We think that just because it’s hard, doesn’t mean it can’t be fun. Part of the joy we take in our work is seeing a job through and getting it done right. Based on our hundreds of years of combined experience in general and concrete contracting, we have built a defined management and administration structure that enables us to manage large projects efficiently and without the need for client supervision.

We employ more than fifty skilled craftsmen, who are full-time employees dedicated to doing their best for Concrete Services and for you.

Owner Skip McLeod, President, has over 30 years of commercial and industrial construction experience.  Formerly a construction manager for Tyson Foods, the world’s largest meat producer, Skip was instrumental in construction of facilities including cold storage warehouses, processing plants, and packaging facilities. Skip's duties include business management and development, field manager supervision, and personnel and project management. Skip feels that our employees are our most valuable asset. When we create a safe and pleasant environment for our people, they will create quality, profitable projects for our customers.
  Owner Jimmy Smyth, Vice President, has over 15 years of experience in commercial, retail, and industrial design and construction. Jimmy's duties include daily business management and development, supervision of office and human resources operations, project management, and customer support. Jimmy is an ACI certified flatwork technician and pervious concrete installer. He believes that the success of Concrete Services of Northwest Arkansas is based on the success of our customers and what we can do to help them achieve that success.
  Estimator/Human Resources Director Rolando Martinez is one of the most important links in our chain. In addition to his duties as estimator, he is also the communication link between our office and many field personnel. He strongly believes that architects and engineers value concrete as a favorable means of construction due to its versatility and strength. Rolando enjoys learning about new concrete technologies, particularly interpreting and estimating new concrete construction systems driven by new sustainable designs.
 
 General Superintendent Paul Stanton has over 35 years of experience in all phases of construction. With extensive experience in general contracting, Paul can offer valuable insight into your projects, even beyond the scope performed by Concrete Services of Northwest Arkansas, Inc. Paul's duties include project scheduling and coordination, crew allocation, and management of Field Superintendents. He enjoys the challenges of new and different jobs and the opportunity to start a project and see it through to completion.
  General Superintendent Cleo Gilliand has over 35 years of experience in all phases of construction. Cleo's experience as superintendent for general contractors enables him to see the impact of our work on all phases of the project. His willingness to be a team player is unsurpassed in the industry. Cleo enjoys the challenge of working with all different types of construction.

 Our secretary, Tasha White, joined the Concrete Services staff in the summer of 2008 and quickly became one of the family. She plays an intregal role in communication with clients and team members. Tasha enjoys the fun and challenging work environment of the concrete industry.

 
Our small projects manager and safety officer, Cody McLeod, brings over 11 years industry experience to Concrete Services. His attention to detail has been an asset in the 4 years he's been with our company. Previously a commercial and residential remodel foreman, Cody has a great appreciation for the art of transformation. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and being outdoors in his personal time.
